Join us during the Happy Valley Farms Planner Retreat for a relaxed brunch designed to connect planners with local vendors and event partners. This curated, connection-focused gathering offers vendors a meaningful way to meet attending planners, introduce their services, and build relationships in a warm, hospitality-focused setting.

The brunch will include mimosas, casual networking time, and opportunities for conversation with planners and other trusted event professionals in the region.

‍Connection Brunch Attendance - $75
This option is for vendors who would like to attend the brunch, enjoy the networking experience, and connect with planners and fellow event partners. Please bring business cards for introductions and follow-up conversations.

‍Vendor Display & Connection Brunch Attendance - $125
This option is for vendors who would like to attend the brunch and have a simple display presence during the event. Happy Valley Farms will provide one 6’ table, linen, florals, and chairs, which will be in place upon arrival. Vendors are welcome to bring business cards, marketing materials, samples, signage, or display pieces that fit comfortably within their table setup.

Space is limited to keep the experience intentional and valuable for both planners and participating vendors.
